Product Marketing
The marketing philosophy of the corporation is based on frequent face to face
customer contact by the marketing force, with the aim of forging a partnership
type alliance with our customers. We judge our success by the success of our
customers.
The direct sales are overseen by our marketing staff, which is based out of
each facility. We also have an international sales staff to monitor and support
opportunities in countries other than the United States. In addition we have a
permanent marketing staff based out of our Colombia, South America facility to
service that region of the world. The direct marketing efforts have resulted in
sales to companies in 27 different countries on five continents.
The sales staff is supported by a team of technical service field technicians
whose objective is to support our customers in all production endeavors. The
technicians have decades of textile mill experience and are all competent
chemists and formulators, as well. This allows our team to take an idea from
the laboratory straight to the mill and vice versa.
Guided by our commitment to the twin virtues of quality and service, our
workforce has been the recipient of several awards and citations from our
customers. This commitment is the main reason that we have become an approved
supplier to dozens of Fortune 500 companies.
In addition to our full time staff, we also have distributor agreements, joint
ventures and other forms of supply and licensing arrangements with chemical
companies throughout the world, including the countries of: Australia, Canada,
China, Columbia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, England, Guatemala,
Italy, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru, Singapore, South Korea,
Spain, Taiwan, Thailand and Venezuela.
We strive to produce innovative, technologically advanced products that
minimize our customers' impact on the environment. These products include:

Cleaning and degreasing agents that possess much higher biodegradability than
traditional cleaners.

Polyester dyeing assistants that allow for trimer free dyeing without the use
of chlorinated carriers.

Phosphate free buffering agents and detergent builders.

Formaldehyde free dimensional control agents, to impart shrink resistance to
cellulosic fabrics.

Fixatives that allow for the use of low salt requirement dyes.

Alkyl phenol free wetters, detergents, builders and anti redeposition agents
that reduce the amount of detergents required to scour and bleach textiles.

Finishing systems which dramatically reduce the overall chemical demand of
cotton garment processing.

Components for yarn processing lubricants, that have much less impact on
effluent waste than traditional lubricants.
In addition to these earth friendly products, we also produce material which
our customers use to clean up the environment, including:

Surfactants designed to minimize the flow of leaking crude oil.

Ingredients for de-inking compounds, allowing for the recycling of newsprint.

Components utilized to "mop up" crude oil that has been spilled at sea.

Finishing aids for fabrics used in filtration systems, that turn polluted water
into clean, clear potable water.

Carrier agents for the biological remediation of petroleum spills on land.

Activators and components for the coating of air purification systems.

Specialty surfactants that allow for the maximum utilization of available crude
from oil wells, which reduces the need for new wells.

Lubricants and processing assistants that allow for the commercial recycling of
discarded, polyester based plastic.
